Hammad Maddekar works on deal flow, sector research, portfolio management and fund operations at Rebright, supporting the evaluation and growth of innovative startups.

Before Rebright, he was an analyst at Sunicon Ventures, researching early-stage ventures across multiple industries and assisting with investment decisions.

An alumnus of Mumbai University, Hammad began his career at NA Shah Associates and later moved to Grasim Industries, gaining experience in audit, assurance and risk management across both roles. Outside work, he enjoys exploring new cuisines, reading and delving into puzzles and logic games.
